Se presentan algunas líneas de análisis en torno a la producción de la Ley de Educación Sexual Integral de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, sancionada en 2006. Constituida tras vívidos debates, esta Ley implicó la activación de una serie de procedimientos discursivos, de poder y de normalización que posibilitaron el nacimiento del currículum oficial de la educación sexual. Se destaca la intervención de un discurso médico y de un discurso moralizante –concretamente, católico– en la prescripción de identidades y cuerpos ideales; es decir, sanos, normales y heterosexuales. Tales instancias, simultánea y necesariamente, produjeron efectos de exclusión, delimitando un espacio abyecto para aquellas identidades y cuerpos contrarios a la heteronorma.
