Sumario:The dynamic of labor conflicts which took place in the province of Mendoza between 2009 and 2016 highlight a progressive visibility of the limits of economic growth linked with industrial production and of the breakdown of political, economic, and labor approval. During this period, labor conflicts intensified: from complaints mainly oriented towards salary improvements and the ratification of collective work agreements to struggles for job sources, late payments and the firing of workers. With the objective of reflecting on the ongoing socio-productive transformations, we analyze this conflict in terms of the demands of workers, their actions and modes of resolution, distinguishing the productive sectors and the actors involved.
