In the heat of the struggle, these women decided to take a risk and construct a popular tianguis that would foster discussions, analyses of buying and selling products, and that tried to foster the creation of alternatives to the current political and economic system. The second case alludes to an individual experience of a female worker who lost her remunerated job due to the economic crisis generated in 2006 in Mexico, opting to work selling tortillas as a family business and form of sustenance. |

En este artículo se reflexiona sobre dos experiencias de participación en tianguis y mercados de mujeres cuyas vidas fueron transformadas por el movimiento popular oaxaqueño de 2006. La primera es el caso del Colectivo Mujer Nueva, que remite al encuentro de un grupo de mujeres que hasta ese año no se conocían y que, al calor de la lucha popular, crearon afinidad y decidieron apostar por la construcción de un tianguis popular que habilita formas de discusión, análisis y compra-venta de productos que intentan abonar a la generación de alternativas al sistema político-económico actual. Mientras que la segunda alude a la vivencia individual de una mujer trabajadora, quien perdió su empleo remunerado a raíz de la crisis económica que se generó en 2006 en México, dedicándose a la venta de tortillas como negocio familiar para subsistir. Neste artigo se reflete sobre duas experiências de participação em tianguis e mercados de mulheres cujas vidas foram transformadas pelo movimento popular de Oaxaca de 2006. A primeira experiência é o caso do Coletivo Mulher Nova, que se refere ao encontro de um grupo de mulheres que até esse ano não se conheciam e que, no calor da luta popular, criaram afinidade e decidiram apostar pela construção de um tianguis popular que possibilite formas de discussão, análise e compra-venda de produtos que tentam aportar à geração de alternativas ao sistema político-econômico atual. A segunda experiência se refere a uma vivência individual de uma mulher trabalhadora que perdeu seu emprego remunerado como resultado da crise econômica que foi gerada em 2006 no México, se dedicando à venda de tortilhas como empresa familiar para sobreviver.
