There must be some sort of reflexion in regards to polices that can be created, starting from the local, that can help form a new role for these rural poor so they don’t have to rely on the sporadic politics, that does not help create real jobs in the rural society. |

There must be some sort of reflexion in regards to polices that can be created, starting from the local, that can help form a new role for these rural poor so they don’t have to rely on the sporadic politics, that does not help create real jobs in the rural society. Este artículo analiza el crecimiento de la pobreza rural en el contexto de un proceso de desestructuración de la sociedad rural. Identifica los sectores sociales más afectados: los campesinos minifundistas y los trabajadores sin tierra. Luego de más de 30 años de experiencias de políticas de desarrollo rural, todavía no se han diseñado políticas adecuadas para estos grupos sociales. Una reflexión seria a partir de lo local podría ayudar a recuperar un nuevo rol de estos productores para no continuar con políticas de “goteo” que no apuntan a una real valorización del trabajo en el medio rural.
