Sumario:This article analyzes the creation of the rural poor in the context of the process of destruction of rural society. The article will identify the sectors of society most affected including small farmers, and landless workers. Even after thirty years of developmental projects dedicated to address rural development, there still has not been adequate change for these social groups. There must be some sort of reflexion in regards to polices that can be created, starting from the local, that can help form a new role for these rural poor so they don’t have to rely on the sporadic politics, that does not help create real jobs in the rural society.
