Secondly, with the crisis of the neoliberal paradigm there has been re-composition and wage equalization, accompanied by development measures and strengthening of the academic profession. These changes need to be understood within the context of the agenda of joint-regulation of academic labor relations. Drawing upon the analytical tools in public policy analysis, this study analyzes primary documents in order to establish the continuities and changes in the measures that have been implemented in Argentina. To this end, we analyze the national joint negotiations in general and the specific case of the joint negotiations in the National University of Mar del Plata. |

A partir de las diferentes transformaciones producidas desde la década de 1990, tanto a nivel internacional como nacional, se busca en primer lugar analizar los dispositivos introducidos en el ámbito de la educación superior, así como los impactos que han producido en el caso argentino. En segundo lugar, con la crisis del paradigma neoliberal se observa una recomposición y homologación salarial, acompañadas de medidas de desarrollo y fortalecimiento de la carrera académica, que se enmarcan en una ampliación de la agenda de regulación de las relaciones laborales académicas desde el ámbito paritario. Partiendo de las herramientas proporcionadas por el análisis de políticas públicas, se propone el estudio de fuentes documentales para establecer las continuidades y cambios de estos dispositivos. Para ello, se tomará en cuenta el caso de la experiencia de la negociación paritaria nacional en general y la negociación paritaria en particular de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata. A partir das diferentes transformações produzidas desde a década de 1990, tanto a nível internacional como nacional, busca-se em primeiro lugar analisar os dispositivos introduzidos no âmbito da educação superior, assim como os impactos que hão produzido no caso argentino. Em segundo lugar, com a crise do paradigma neoliberal, observa-se uma recomposição e homologação salarial, acompanhadas de medidas de desenvolvimento e fortalecimento da carreira acadêmica, que se enquadram numa ampliação da agenda de regulação das relações laborais acadêmicas desde o âmbito paritário. Partindo das ferramentas proporcionadas pela análise de políticas públicas, propõem- se o estudo de fontes documentais para estabelecer as continuidades e mudanças destes dispositivos. Para isso, se tomará em conta o caso da experiência de negociação paritária nacional em geral e a negociação paritária em particular da Universidade Nacional de Mar del Plata.
