Among the findings, this paper pictures human relations, daily forms of organization and the will and conscience of the citizenry are arguably the basis for a new political culture. This modus vivendi would give way to solidarity, active, and responsible citizen participation to promote responses and solutions towards strengthening post-pandemic democracy. |

El propósito de este artículo es esbozar los componentes de una cultura política poscovid, que permitiría a las personas ciudadanas disponer de herramientas para nueva praxis política. Categorías como democracia y participación ciudadana, en tanto elementos constitutivos del diálogo y la interacción con el Estado en un contexto de crisis, pueden ser insumos para entender el nuevo ámbito y dinámicas de lo político. El estudio presenta una revisión de fuentes bibliográficas para definir y analizar los principales elementos que conforman esta nueva cultura. Entre los hallazgos están las formas cotidianas de la organización, la voluntad y conciencia de la ciudadanía como potenciales bases de una nueva cultura política. Este modus vivendi permitiría una participación ciudadana solidaria, activa y responsable que promueva respuestas y soluciones con miras a fortalecer la democracia en contextos de post pandemia.
