Sumario:This document is a section of a thesis produced as part of the Master's in Education program at the National University of Colombia, specifically focusing on the Teaching of Philosophy. The thesis is titled "Building peace from everyday spaces: experience of the peace observatory inside the Gimnasio los Andes”. By providing a practical alternative for implementation in other educational institutions, this proposal has a descriptive and explanatory scope aimed at fostering a broader understanding of peace education in Colombia, moving beyond a mere curricular imposition. In line with this objective, the Peace Observatory emerges as a tool to catalyze students' research interests, engaging them in an exercise where subjects discover themselves continuously "philosophizing" and give a preponderant role to truth, reason, and healthy skepticism as elements that contribute to the promotion of well-being in Colombian schools.
