Sumario:This article’s purpose is to investigate intercultural education studies from events, academic reflections, research and educational proposals in the Latin American context and especially in Colombia. There are trends related to social movements, mainly indigenous and afro-descendants, policies related to multiculturalism, ethno-education, interculturality, and educational proposals with intercultural approaches.
