Sumario: | This article aims to analyze the representation of the State, through its institutions and non-governmental bodies in the affected territories by the internal armed conflict, especially in those chosen to install the standardization and transition lane zones (ZVTN). will examine in which terms their intervention took place in these scenarios to finally reflect on their positive and negative impact on peace process objectives, everything will be analyzed from the obtained experience from the research carried out in the town of Madrigal, department of Nariño, a region chosen by the government as the location of one of the ZTNs. |
