| Sumario: | This text seeks to approach some of the feelings given by children and adolescents of the Caucasia municipality in relation to the Hidroituango project, the river and the effects they have had to assume from the emergency situations experienced in 2018, given It was found that they were constantly ignored about what happened and their voices were unknown about it. The methodology proposed for the research from which this article of results emerges was research-action-participation, adapted to work with children and young people, which allowed structuring the main findings around the becoming river, being like water and territorial collective action as a political bet for children and young people.
