Este artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación sobre la innovación pedagógica desarrollada durante el 2016 con la sexta cohorte de la Especialización en Acción sin Daño y Construcción de Paz en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, sede Bogotá, que a partir de las exigencias del contexto nacional de cara al posacuerdo le apostó a la formación de practicantes de paz desde las pedagogías críticas. La investigación buscó identificar las transformaciones en la relación docente-estudiante y en las construcciones simbólicas sobre el aprendizaje a partir de las innovaciones planteadas, las cuales llevaron a que la cohorte analizara los conflictos desde sus escenarios próximos, reconociera su papel en la construcción de paz y pudiera establecer relaciones de construcción conjunta de conocimiento. Este artigo apresenta os resultados da pesquisa sobre inovação pedagógica desenvolvida durante 2016 com a sexta coorte da Especialização em Ação sem Danos e Construção da Paz na Universidade Nacional da Colômbia, em Bogotá, que a partir das exigências do contexto nacional em face do pós-acordo, apostou na formação de praticantes da paz a partir de pedagogias críticas. A pesquisa procurou identificar as transformações na relação docente-estudante e nas construções simbólicas de aprendizagem a partir das inovações propostas que levaram a coorte a analisar os conflitos a partir de seus cenários próximos, reconhecendo seu papel na construção da paz e poderia estabelecer relações de construção conjunta de conhecimento.
