Sumario:This paper presents the results of the research on the pedagogical innovation that was developed with the students of the Specialization on Do no Harm and Peacebuilding during 2016 at the National University of Colombia-Bogotá Campus, it was proposed taking into account the demands of the national context facing post-agreement; therefore the program sought to educate peace-practitioners based on critical pedagogy. The research aimed to identify the transformations on the professor-student relationship and on the symbolic constructions about learning through the proposed innovations; it took the group of students to analyze conflicts based on their own contexts, to recognize their role on peacebuilding and to establish relationships of collective knowledge construction.
