El artículo se refiere al acceso a los medios de comunicación como uno de los subtemas del Acuerdo final para la terminación del conflicto y la construcción de una paz estable y duradera, firmado entre el Gobierno nacional de Colombia y la guerrilla Farc-Ep, que hace parte del segundo punto titulado “Participación política: apertura democrática para construir la paz”. Con base en lo anterior, se analiza el segundo capítulo del Acuerdo final y se contrasta con el Plan Marco de Implementación, como documento que contiene los objetivos y medidas para la implementación del acuerdo, reflexionando sobre las perspectivas del cumplimiento de lo acordado en el contexto del posacuerdo. O artigo se refere ao acesso aos meios de comunicação como um dos subtemas do Acordo final para a terminação do conflito e a construção de uma paz estável e duradoura, assinado entre o Governo nacional da Colômbia e a guerrilha Farc-Ep, que faz parte do segundo ponto titulado “Participação política: abertura democrática para construir a paz”.
