| Sumario: | The article refers to mass media access as one of the sub-themes from the final peace agreement signed for the completion of the conflict and the construction of a stable and lasting peace (2016), between The National Government of Colombia and the FARC-EP guerrilla. This aspect is part of the second point from the final agreement, entitled “Political Participation: Democratic opening to build peace”. For this purpose, the second chapter of the final agreement is analyzed and contrasted with the Implementation Framework Plan, which is a document that contains the objectives and measures for the implementation of the agreement; this is to reflect on the perspectives of compliance with what was agreed upon in the agreement and the post-agreement context.
