Sumario: | Within the reintegration process framework, for those who left the armed conflict in Colombia, and focused on human development, the guiding question in this research project is: what is the relationship between the pedagogical variables and skills development for those who left the armed conflict and are returning to civil life? Taking into account the psychological elements, the hypothesis to be demonstrated is that positive development of psychological variables as the center of control, the self-schemes and irrational ideas affect in a successful reintegration which is shown in capabilities expansion for those who left the armed conflict in the process of reintegration. The investigation results suggest that for those in the process, the ones who had a major growth of skills represent and adjusted center of control, along with a larger development of self-esteem and less incidence of irrational ideas.
