In addition, this article develops an exercise of analysis from the social actors who were involved in the processes of the network formation and its continuity in the context of risk management and community building processes, with the support of official institutions, academic organizations and popular groups unveiling various capacities to face adversity of the environment. |

El presente estudio de caso se centra en el análisis desde la resiliencia social del proceso de creación de la Red socio-económica de origen agrícola (Huertas) en el sector de Altos de la Estancia de la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar en Bogotá. El trabajo se desarrolla a través de metodologías de acompañamiento en el diseño participativo de conformación de la red. Se presenta un estudio desde variables de la Resiliencia, así como el análisis de la vulnerabilidad y las economías alternativas en el marco de la agricultura urbana, se desarrolla también un ejercicio de análisis desde los actores sociales que se involucraron en el procesos de conformación de la red y su continuidad en el marco de la gestión de los riesgos y los procesos de construcción comunitaria con el apoyo de institucionalidad distrital, el sector académico y los colectivos populares develando diversas capacidades para enfrentar la adversidad del entorno.
