El artículo presenta la metodología de análisis de la calle a partir del paisaje sonoro, llevada a cabo en la ciudad de Maracaibo -Venezuela. Su método se orienta desde la fenomenología y la psicoacústica, y en él se abordan dos fases: la mirada de la imagen y la escucha, que se registra través de la técnica del paseo sonoro, de la interpretación de los espectrogramas y de las encuestas. Como resultado de esto surge una visión multidimensional del espacio que permite caracterizar las diferencias del paisaje desde el ambiente sonoro, expresando relaciones de nitidez o claridad con los niveles de legibilidad de la imagen urbana. O artigo apresenta a metodologia de análise da rua a partir da paisagem sonora, levada a cabo na cidade de Maracaibo – Venezuela.
