In a broader sense, seeks to delve into the socio-spatial problems of the urban phenomenon through the analysis of misuse of the enclosure. This practice is contrasted with the development of public space in Bogotá in the past three decades. The general approach to analyze this tension poses real and symbolic. Finally it should be noted the recurrence of the complaints as the unit of quantitative measurement that allows comparison processes at the social and spatial. This method may provide a useful mechanism for understanding this and ther urban areas. |

Una de las problemáticas más singulares que se presentan en la actualidad urbana es la individualidad de los ciudadanos. Esta tendencia también se manifiesta mediante la reciente preferencia de los ciudadanos por nuevos tipos de viviendas, delimitadas por barreras físicas y habitadas por colectivos relativamente homogéneos. Se trata de territorios denominados “conjuntos cerrados” que se han convertido en un tema relevante para entender a la ciudad como un fenómeno de la realidad contemporánea. En Bogotá se presenta esta situación; sin embargo, este artículo no se reduce a estudiarlas. En un sentido más amplio, busca adentrarse en la problemática socio-espacial del fenómeno urbano mediante el análisis del “uso indebido del cerramiento”. Esta práctica es contrastada con el desarrollo del espacio público de Bogotá durante los últimos tres lustros. El planteamiento general busca analizar esta tensión real y simbólica. Finalmente, debe resaltarse la recurrencia a las querellas como unidad de medición cuantitativa la cual permite hacer procesos comparativos de tipo social y espacial. Este método puede aportar mecanismos útiles para la comprensión de esta y otras realidades urbanas. Uma das problemáticas mais singulares que se apresentam na atualidade urbana é a individualidade dos cidadãos. Esta tendência também se manifesta mediante a recente preferência dos cidadãos por novos tipos de moradia, delimitadas por barreiras físicas e habitadas por coletivos relativamente homogêneos. Trata-se de territórios denominados “Conjuntos fechados” que tem se convertido em um tema relevante para entender o fenômeno da cidade. Em Bogotá se apresenta esta situação: no entanto, este artigo não se reduz a estudá-las. Em um sentido mais amplo, procura adentrar-se na problemática sócio-espacial do fenômeno urbano mediante a análise do “uso indevido do fechamento”. Esta prática é contrastada com o desenvolvimento do espaço público de Bogotá durante os últimos três lustros. A explicação geral busca analisar esta tensão real e simbólica.
