Este artículo se propone recuperar los aportes teórico-metodológicos de Henri Lefèbvre para (re) pensar el derecho a la ciudad, partiendo de la necesidad de conocer la tríada dialéctica de la apropiación del espacio. Empíricamente, refiere a la génesis urbana de Mar del Plata (Argentina), una ciudad media latinoamericana, y el desenvolvimiento en ella de heterogéneas formas socio-territoriales de apropiación del habitar, o distintas maneras de apropiarse de bienes de uso, que incitan a pensar en la apertura hacia la transformación del orden social capitalista, y su orden urbano, naturalizado tras e l fetichismo de la propiedad privada. Este artigo se propõe recuperar os aportes teórico-metodológicos de Henri Lefèbvre para (re)pensar o direito à cidade, partindo da necessidade de conhecer a tríada dialética da apropriação do espaço.
