Se sostiene la hipótesis de que es un poema en espiral, su tema es el amor y su movilidad forja sentidos y abre re-interpretaciones a través del discurso implícito. Asimismo, se presenta la interrelación entre poesía, pensamiento y amor, en cuanto formas del preguntar y decir lo propiamente humano. PALABRAS CLAVE: Historia. Tiempo. Lenguaje. Amor. Alteridad. This article offers a reflection on the history, time and language in Octavio Paz's poem "Piedra de sol". It presents the hypothesis that the poem is written in spiral form, it theme is love, and it forges meanings through its f1uidity while it also generates re interpretations with its implicit text.
