| Sumario: | Oaxaca is one of the states that received more funds from the programa 3x1 in 2017. This program considers citizens as leading actors in the construction of the local public agenda. During the period 2002 to 2017, 608 projects were financed in Oaxaca with an investment of more than 761 million pesos, of which 74% correspond to infrastructure and equipment works favoring a certain type of work. The program affects community development by improving the conditions of those who remain in the places of origin, affecting their quality of life. While remittances are constantly growing, the investment expenditure of the program decreases and current expenditure increases. In this regard, it is relevant to analyze how much? and in what? the resources contributed by migrants and the three orders of government have been spent. |
