In the search for understanding the transformations that these groups have been able to sustain and consolidate over time, in this article we investigate the positive factors for their consolidation. The methodological strategy is based on the comparative analysis of two recovered enterprises that have achieved cooperative consolidation, one located in Argentina and the other in Uruguay. Some of the main factors positively evaluated in both cases were: the participation and construction of different socio-political and cultural frameworks, the resources inherited from the failed enterprise, the hegemony of a multidimensional collective project that, starting from self-management, seeks to achieve an economically and socially viable project, the legal possession of the means of production and access to credit, as well as the production of commercially competitive goods and services in a framework of pluralistic economic exchanges. |

Las empresas recuperadas por sus trabajadores han adquirido creciente reconocimiento a nivel internacional. Argentina y Uruguay representan territorios desde los cuales estos procesos alcanzaron mayor desarrollo a partir de la crisis de principios de siglo. En la búsqueda por comprender las transformaciones que estos colectivos han podido sostener y consolidar en el tiempo, en este artículo se indaga sobre los factores positivos para su consolidación. La estrategia metodológica se basa en el análisis comparado de dos empresas recuperadas que han alcanzado la consolidación cooperativa, una localizada en Argentina y otra en Uruguay. Algunos de los principales factores valorados positivamente en ambos casos fueron: la participación y construcción de distintos entramados socio-políticos y culturales, los recursos que se heredan de la empresa fallida, la hegemonía de un proyecto colectivo multidimensional que partiendo de la autogestión busca alcanzar un proyecto viable económico, y socialmente, la tenencia legal de los medios de producción y el acceso al crédito, así como la producción de bienes y servicios mercantilmente competitivos en un marco de intercambios económicos plurales. A Argentina e o Uruguai representam territórios a partir dos quais estes processos alcançaram um maior desenvolvimento desde a crise do início do século. Na busca de compreender as transformações que estes grupos têm sido capazes de sustentar e consolidar ao longo do tempo, neste artigo investigamos os factores positivos para a sua consolidação. A estratégia metodológica baseia-se na análise comparativa de duas empresas recuperadas que conseguiram a consolidação cooperativa, uma localizada na Argentina e a outra no Uruguai.
