The school system has support services that can assume the role of critical colleagues and middle and connective leaders. A well articulated system with leadership networks and with the participation of these middle leaders can be a good solution. This article collects research evidence from a case study from an autobiographical perspective on the development of this type of leadership, being the study followed during four school courses. Contextualized and contrasted with discussion groups and in-depth interviews, it concludes that the counselor, acting as a critical colleague, can exercise this role of middle leader, motivator and inter-linker of a professional learning community. |

La inclusión educativa y el éxito para todos y entre todos necesitan de comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje y un liderazgo para la justicia social. El tema es complejo. Necesita de la confluencia de toda una comunidad y de un liderazgo compartido y corresponsable. El sistema escolar cuenta con servicios de apoyo que pueden asumir el rol de colegas críticos y líderes intermedios y conectivos. Un sistema bien articulado localmente de redes de liderazgo, con la participación de estos líderes intermedios puede ser una buena solución. Este artículo recoge evidencias de investigación de un estudio de caso desde una perspectiva (auto)biográfica sobre el desarrollo de este tipo de liderazgo, seguido durante cuatro cursos escolares. Contextualizado y contrastado mediante grupos de discusión y entrevistas en profundidad.
