El propósito del presente artículo es realizar una revisión bibliográfica en torno a la noción de resistencias laborales. Asumimos como punto de partida que el proceso de transformación de la fuerza de trabajo en trabajo efectivo es un proceso conflictivo que tiene lugar en los establecimientos empresarios. ¿De qué formas se garantiza esta transformación? ¿Cuáles son los campos de afectación más significativos? La revisión de dos núcleos bibliográficos que hemos denominado ‘las perspectivas del poder y la resistencia' y ‘los debates sobre la autonomía y la autogestión obrera' aportan elementos sustanciosos.
