Esta presentación introduce un dossier que examina las nuevas configuraciones territoriales que están tomando forma en la región andina bajo los gobiernos desarrollistas del siglo XXI. Los nuevos proyectos territoriales fomentan el incremento a la extracción de los recursos, las transferencias de productos básicos a nivel local y el desarrollo económico. Este remodelamiento transforma los órdenes tecno-naturales y culturales-políticos, y crea nuevos “capitalismos” que hacen que los espacios locales sean comprensibles, explotables y controlables.
