O índice de constância da espécie foi de 99,5%, sendo a maior médiade contagem de indivíduos registrada durante a estação chuvosa da região, no mês de abril de2011, com 152 indivíduos. Embora S. superciliaris pouse e cruze em grandes bandos na pista doaeroporto, não foram registrados colisões envolvendo a espécie, o que provavelmente se deve aopequeno tráfego aéreo no aeroporto.
