Bajo perspectiva que todos los racimos productivos están relacionados un mercado de trabajo local respectivo, el autor analiza, en este papel, las características principales del mercado de trabajo asociadas al territoriality de la región de Santa Gertrudes, São Paulo, del pavimento de la fabricación de cerámica. En el contexto de los cambios profundos en mundo de la actividad y del trabajo de la fabricación que conducen para las nuevas formas especiales de relaciones económicas, la importancia de la noción local del mercado de trabajo detrás de real poco y medio territorialized racimos de las industrias que el valorization - APL nombrado (arreglos productivos locales) - se examina en este texto, en vista de que promueve el potencial de la competitividad y del desarrollo territorial. En vista de éstos estimados, las características principales del mercado del trabajo inherente al territorialidade de la industria de capa de cerámica de Santa Gertrudes serán analizadas. O presente artigo trata da perspectiva de que toda aglomeração produtiva está associada a um respectivo mercado de trabalho local. No contexto de profundas modificações na atividade industrial e no mundo do trabalho que conduzem a novos formatos espaciais das relações econômicas, é discutido no texto a pertinência da noção de mercado de trabalho local a luz da atual ênfase dada aos aglomerados territoriais de pequenas e médias empresas - chamados de APLs (Arranjos Produtivos Locais)- a partir de seu potencial gerador de competitividade e desenvolvimento territorial.
