description The goal was to develop a methodological proposal tosubsidize the choice of adequate areas in the implementationof architectural structures (visitor’s center, parking lot,housing, administrative shops, among others) inside aPreservation Unit of Full Protection - Sáint Hilaire/Lange,located on the coast of the State of Parana - Brazil.Participative techniques of support were used for thedecision in GIS (Geographic Information System), withthe combined analysis of variables, (vegetation, declivity,ground, river distances and roads) by applying the techniqueof evaluation with multiple criteria, known as Weight LinearCombination. The results show the findings of areas withdifferent aptitude degrees.

Com o objetivo de desenvolver uma proposta metodológica parasubsidiar a escolha de áreas adequadas à implantação da infraestruturaarquitetônica (centro de visitantes, estacionamento,alojamentos, sede administrativa, oficinas, entre outros) dentrode uma Unidade de Conservação de Proteção Integral – ParqueNacional Saint-Hilaire/Lange, localizado no litoral do estado doParaná – Brasil, foram utilizadas técnicas participativas de apoioà decisão em SIG (Sistema de Informação Geográfica), atravésda análise conjunta de variáveis (vegetação, declividade, solo,distância de rios e estradas) aplicando-se a técnica de avaliaçãopor múltiplos critérios denominada COMBINAçãO LINEARPONDERADA.
