Submissão: 2019-03-30 Aceito: 2019-07-19 Este artigo tem como finalidade, discutir de forma reflexiva, alguns conceitos da ética e da política de Aristóteles, com vistas a sua aplicação na escola, por parte de professores, visando o aprendizado e o desenvolvimento das virtudes propostas pelo filósofo, que são os pilares da boa convivência e da justiça entre alunos e professores, tendo como pilar fundamental a amizade entre os indivíduos, tanto professores entre si, como alunos, também entre si, e, estes entre professores, visando um bem maior: o desenvolvimento e o aprimoramento das virtudes éticas e políticas. Do exercício da liberdade e da amizade, pautados na justiça, no bom conviver comunitário na busca de melhores condições de exercício do aprender, do estudo, das virtudes morais e da afetividade entre professores e alunos. De forma alguma sugere a resolução de todas as dificuldades e fracassos da educação. Reflete sobre alternativas possíveis, imagináveis e realizáveis que contribuam de forma a acrescentar opções e escolha para o aprimoramento e o desenvolvimento da amizade para o bom relacionamento no dia a dia, do quotidiano da escola e da sala de aula, tão desgastados por políticas de isolamento e afastamento dos elementos de amizade e justiça, presentes no quotidiano, causados pelos mais variados discursos e políticas educacionais, produtos de sucessivas tentativas ao longo do tempo.
