Abstract: This paper seeks to understand the right to feminine sexual dignity and to free sexual orientation in Brazil, as well as how they have legally evolved and their current role in the law. We briefly unfold the legal history of the definitions of these rights by a juridical doctrine analysis and specific literature – exploratory research – thereby enlightening about woman’s sexual freedom in this century and the status of the State protection granted to them.Key-words: Dignity, Women , Law, Sexual Orientation , Symbolic Violence . |
