Sumario:This present article talks about a narration of experience placed in a application school of the University, in the North zone of Rio de Janeiro. This writing directs its spots to the in inclusive education topic, invigorating and intersecting discussion about the curriculum, the mediation and the mediator in the daily routine of the inclusive education. It is quested in this paper describe strategies and resources used aiming the curriculum adaptation. As well, amplify the reflexion around the possible ways to be follow in order to achieve the effectiveness of the knowledge of the student whit especial needs and all the student in the class, ensuring the democratic part of education. This narration started in a research project called “Students with especial educational needs in the second part of the elementary school: strategies to the process of teaching and learning”, which had as its protagonist a fourteen years old students, with mental disability, enrolled in the sixth year of the elementary school. During one year, the research project, a qualitative one, showed positive results compared to the contemporary educational demands of our educational system, in the inclusive education.
