description The work presented here aims to analyze Political Culture in Brazil, the influence of this culture in the development of Law 10.639-03 and in Heritage Education, which concerns the assets identified as Afro and Afro-Brazilian Culture. To this end, the history of Heritage policies created in the country throughout the 20th century will be researched, with an emphasis on the 80s and 90s and focusing these efforts on the spatial profile of the city of Rio de Janeiro; law 10.639 \ 03, its brief history and proposal and Heritage Education and its possible contributions to the legislation and to Political Culture. The methodology will be based on bibliographic sources that discuss the meaning of Political Culture and Heritage Education and  with a secondary source. We highlight, the use of "rational and orderly procedure", with the evaluation of the bibliographic and documentary material, the measurement of data and a analysis, in order to achieve the objectives established. El trabajo aquí presentado tiene como objetivo analizar la Cultura Política en Brasil, la influencia de esta cultura en el desarrollo de la Ley 10.639-03 y en la Educación Patrimonial y su relación con los bienes identificados como Cultura Afro y Afrobrasileña. Para ello, se investigará la história de las políticas patrimoniales creadas en el país a lo largo del siglo XX, con énfasis en las décadas de 1980 y 1990 y enfocando estos esfuerzos en el perfil espacial de la ciudad de Río de Janeiro; Ley 10.639 \ 03, su breve historia y propuesta y Educación Patrimonial y aportes a la legislación y Cultura Política. La metodología se basará en fuentes bibliográficas que discutan el significado de Cultura Política y Educación Patrimonial y con fuentes secundarias. Destacamos el uso de "procedimiento racional y ordenado", con la evaluación de material bibliográfico y documental, la medición de datos y un análisis, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos establecidos. Le travail présenté ici vise à analyser le sens de la culture politique, l'influence de cette culture dans le développement de la loi 10.639-03 - qui traite de l'enseignement obligatoire de l'histoire et de la culture afro-brésilienne dans les écoles primaires et secondaires, les institutions public et privé - dans l'éducation au patrimoine et sa relation en particulier avec les biens identifiés comme culture afro et afro-brésilienne. En conséquence, l'histoire des politiques du patrimoine tout au long du siècle sera étudiée. XX, en concentrant ces efforts sur les aspects généraux de ce thème au Brésil. Les concepts privilégiés seront ceux de culture politique et d'éducation au patrimoine. Pour cela, la méthodologie de l'histoire culturelle est utilisée, avec une attention aux productions symboliques dans le domaine de la culture et avec des recherches dans des sources secondaires, mais aussi en référence aux lois et à la Constitution fédérale de 1988. réaliser l'utilisation d'une «procédure rationnelle et ordonnée», avec l'évaluation du matériel bibliographique et documentaire recherché, la mesure des données et l'analyse réflexive, afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés ici. O trabalho aqui apresentado teve como objetivo analisar o significado de Cultura Política, a influência desta cultura no desenvolvimento da Lei 10.639-03 - que trata da obrigatoriedade do ensino da história e da cultura afro-brasileira nos estabelecimentos de ensino fundamental e médio, das instituições públicas e privadas - na Educação Patrimonial e sua relação especialmente com os bens identificados como da Cultura Afro e Afro-Brasileira. Assim que, se pesquisou a história das políticas de Patrimônio ao longo do séc. XX, concentrando estes esforços em aspectos gerais desta temática no Brasil. Os conceitos privilegiados são o de Cultura Política e Educação Patrimonial. Para tanto, foi utilizada a metodologia da História Cultural, com atenção para as produções simbólicas no campo da cultura e com a pesquisa em fontes secundárias, mas também em referências as legislações e a Constituição Federal de 1988.
