It was concluded that through this methodology, considering the contributions of social movements, it is possible to think about educational processes that are based on social practice, on the collective construction of knowledge and on overcoming cultural universalism. A través de reflexiones sobre las posibilidades de encuentro entre la educación no escolar y escolar, más específicamente en lo que respecta a los procesos educativos, se buscó pensar en los aportes educativos de los movimientos sociales multiculturales, basados en una metodología freireana, para la construcción del conocimiento en la escuela. Se concluyó que a través de esta metodología, considerando los aportes de los movimientos sociales, es posible pensar en procesos educativos que se basan en la práctica social, en la construcción colectiva del conocimiento y en la superación del universalismo cultural. Por meio de reflexões acerca das possibilidades de encontro entre educação não escolar e escolar, mais especificamente no que se refere aos processos educativos, buscou-se pensar as contribuições educativas dos movimentos sociais multiculturais, com base numa metodologia Freireana, para a construção do conhecimento na escola.
