description The aim of this article is to investigate, according to the studies of Philosophy of Education, certain practices of teaching Philosophy in the field of Basic Education. In this perspective, two specific teaching practices are analyzed: the first one, based on a historical approach to Philosophy; the second one, alluding to a supposed departure from traditionalist pedagogical practices, supported by a vague notion of debating. Considering the problematization of both practices, we emphasize the need to promote the teaching of Philosophy towards a strong connection between past and contemporary times.

Este artículo busca investigar, de acuerdo con los estudios de Filosofía de la Educación, ciertas prácticas de enseñanza de Filosofía en el ámbito de la Educación Básica. En esta dirección, se analizan dos prácticas docentes específicas: la primera, basada en un enfoque histórico-lineal de la filosofía; el segundo, aludiendo a una supuesta desviación de las prácticas pedagógicas tradicionalistas, respaldado por una vaga noción de debate. Considerando la problematización de estas prácticas, se destaca la necesidad de impulsar la enseñanza de la filosofía hacia una conexión potente entre el pasado y los tiempos contemporáneos. O presente artigo busca investigar, segundo os estudos da Filosofia da Educação, determinadas práticas do ensino de Filosofia na esfera da Educação Básica. Nesta direção, são analisadas duas práticas específicas de ensino: a primeira delas, fundamentada em uma abordagem histórico-linear da Filosofia; a segunda, alusiva a um suposto distanciamento das práticas pedagógicas tradicionalistas, amparada por uma vaga noção de debate.
