description | Explain the techniques and procedures, the concepts and categories with which the interpretation of the documents related to the Technical Vocational Education Policy of Medium Level -, implemented in Bahia / Brazil, specifically, based on the quadripolar approach that gave the theoretical-methodological density to the study of the object in relation to the epistemological, theoretical, technical and morphological poles. In this perspective, the realization of a research is not the fulfillment of “methodological ritualism” with a “theoretical fad” to avoid repeating what commonly happens in research in education, in a progressively more intense way, of eclectic attempts that randomly join techniques, methods and theoretical references without a clear understanding of the epistemological foundations of the different paths of knowledge. |

Explicar las técnicas y procedimientos, los conceptos y categorías con los que la interpretación de los documentos relacionados con la Política de Educación Técnica Profesional de Nivel Medio, implementada en Bahía / Brasil, se basa en el enfoque cuadripolar que le dio la densidad teórico-metodológica al estudio en relación con los polos epistemológicos, teóricos, técnicos y morfológicos. En esta perspectiva, la realización de una investigación no es el cumplimiento del "ritualismo metodológico" con una "moda teórica" para evitar repetir lo que sucede comúnmente en la investigación en educación, de una manera progresivamente más intensa, de intentos eclécticos que unen aleatoriamente técnicas, métodos y referencias teóricas sin una comprensión clara de los fundamentos epistemológicos de los diferentes caminos del conocimiento. Explicitar as técnicas e procedimentos, os conceitos e categorias com as quais a interpretação dos documentos relativos a Política da Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio –, implementada na Bahia / Brasil, especificamente, a partir da abordagem quadripolar que conferiu a densidade teórico-metodológica para o estudo do objeto na relação com os polos epistemológicos, teóricos, técnicos e morfológicos.
