Neste artigo é feito um apanhado, por meio de relato pessoal do diplomata Rubens Ricupero, do estado da arte no que tange à proteção aos direitos individuais no Brasil, aos coletivos, como os Direitos Humanos e ao meio ambiente, especialmente após a ascensão de Jair Bolsonaro ao poder.
