Such mischievous pratices to cable for the apparel of State reflected lines of an authoritarian control strategy for the spaces of popular sociability, which the notion of justice was delegated to the own policemen, that availed the right in agreement with your crime notion and criminality. |

Este trabalho analisa o papel da infiltração policial orquestrada pelo DEOPS/SP em organizações do movimento operário durante a Era Vargas. Procuramos observar como essa prática se articulava com outros procedimentos levados a cabo nas dependências do departamento para a elaboração dos inquéritos policiais. Esses procedimentos, considerados extralegais, como a prisão não autorizada pelo judiciário e o interrogatório entremeado pela tortura física e psicológica do acusado, eram a tônica do modelo investigativo do DEOPS, cujas diligências visavam à confissão do delito pelo acusado.
