O presente artigo descreve e analisa alguns dos fatores que influenciam a construção dos muros na era global. Na primeira parte analisamos o sentido o sentido da construção da política da emergência e do medo na Europa. Na segunda parte discutimos a construção política do racismo de Estado e as ações políticas contra os imigrantes pobres e os refugiados.
