Sumario:From the comprehension that globalization has brought the rising of the non-financial company, it has been noticed that the modus operandi of the global productive and technological systems have undergone important changes since then, which have impacted in different ways central and peripherals countries. Thus, with the globalization, it raised the financialization and the new mode of operation of the Transnational Corporations and the Global Value Chains, which revealed that in this new moment of the global capitalist dynamics, which began in the 1980s, and that continues to this days, there is no space for a more virtuous performance by peripheral countries. These countries remain, more than any other time in history, trapped in a dependency on the central countries and incapable of fostering a minimally independent, systemic and thriving development. In fact, the question of the gap and the asymmetries – technological or another – only gained a new outfit within this new dynamics of capital that, in a constant way, seeks to capture wealth.
