The study aims to investigate the means of promoting communication and language skills in staff promote the employer brand. To do so, descriptive and data gathering methods are utilized. Based on the results obtained, the most widespread and effective are social networks: modern communication channels and promotion of the employer's language skills. A program for the development of a promotion channel for the company's HR brand has been proposed. An algorithm for promoting an HR brand through targeted advertising on Instagram has been presented. |

En la economía actual, el mercado laboral está experimentando una intensa competencia entre especialistas altamente calificados. Las empresas rusas e internacionales se ven obligadas a recurrir a nuevas herramientas para mejorar y gestionar las habilidades lingüísticas del personal y su participación y dar forma a su imagen en el mercado laboral. Los empleadores utilizan diferentes habilidades lingüísticas y herramientas de comunicación para promover la marca del empleador. El estudio tiene como objetivo investigar los medios para promover las habilidades comunicativas y lingüísticas en el personal. Para ello, se utilizan métodos descriptivos y de recopilación de datos. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos, las más extendidas y efectivas son las redes sociales: canales de comunicación modernos y promoción de las habilidades lingüísticas del empleador. Se ha propuesto un programa para el desarrollo de un canal de promoción de la marca RRHH de la empresa. Se ha presentado un algoritmo para promocionar una marca de RR.HH. a través de publicidad dirigida en Instagram. Na economia de hoje, o mercado de trabalho vive uma intensa competição entre especialistas altamente qualificados. As empresas russas e internacionais são obrigadas a recorrer a novas ferramentas para melhorar e gerir as competências linguísticas e o envolvimento dos seus colaboradores e para moldar a sua imagem no mercado de trabalho. Os empregadores usam diferentes habilidades linguísticas e ferramentas de comunicação para promover a marca do empregador. O estudo tem como objetivo investigar os meios de promoção das competências de comunicação e linguagem nos funcionários. Para isso, são utilizados métodos descritivos e de coleta de dados. A partir dos resultados obtidos, os mais difundidos e eficazes são as redes sociais: modernos canais de comunicação e promoção das competências linguísticas do empregador. Foi proposto um programa para o desenvolvimento de um canal de promoção da marca de RH da empresa.
