From observations and records, we can analyze the changes that occurred with the change of location, their expectations with the business, and the experiences gained with the enterprises, providing better service and security to their customers. |

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar los aspectos económicos y sociales y la gestión organizacional, relacionados con el cambio estructural a la ubicación de la antigua pista de carreras de camellos que se encontraba en la plaza central Querenciano Cecílio de Lima, ubicada en el Centro Comercial Nova Andradina (CCNA). La investigación de campo se realizó con tres empresarios seleccionados al azar, a través de datos cualitativos y entrevistas semiestructuradas con los entrevistados, observando sus testimonios y otros fenómenos a analizar. Dentro de este campo social, se obtuvo información que mostraba sus dificultades y ansiedades iniciales, ya que tenían pocas expectativas de éxito relacionadas con la transición económica y local. A partir de observaciones y registros, podemos analizar los cambios que ocurrieron con el cambio de ubicación, sus expectativas con el negocio y las experiencias obtenidas con las empresas, brindando un mejor servicio y seguridad a sus clientes. O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar os aspectos econômicos e sociais e de gestão organizacional, relacionados à mudança estrutural ao local do antigo camelódromo que era localizado na praça central Querenciano Cecílio de Lima, localizado no Centro Comercial de Nova Andradina (CCNA). A pesquisa de campo foi realizada com três empreendedores selecionados de forma aleatória, por meio de dados qualitativos e entrevista semiestruturada junto aos entrevistados, observando seus testemunhos e demais fenômenos a serem analisados. Dentro deste campo social foram obtidas informações que mostraram suas dificuldades iniciais e seus anseios, pois tinham pouca expectativa de êxito relacionado com a transição econômica e local.
