| Sumario: | The present study aimed to analyze the economic and social aspects and organizational management, related to the structural change to the site of the old camel race track that was located in the central square Querenciano Cecílio de Lima, located in the Nova Andradina Shopping Center (CCNA). The field research was conducted with three entrepreneurs selected at random, through qualitative data and semi-structured interview with the interviewees, observing their testimonies and other phenomena to be analyzed. Within this social field, information was obtained that showed their initial difficulties and anxieties, as they had little expectation of success related to the economic and local transition. From observations and records, we can analyze the changes that occurred with the change of location, their expectations with the business, and the experiences gained with the enterprises, providing better service and security to their customers. |
