La producción académica feminista ha desarrollado un amplio repertorio de investigaciones empíricas para conocer sobre las raíces de la subordinación de las mujeres en las sociedades capitalistas. El artículo intenta dar cuenta cómo a pesar de que las mujeres se incorporan como asalariadas en una actividad agroindustrial, moderna, con perfil exportador y que crea puestos de trabajo femeninos, los vínculos laborales y las condiciones de trabajo están atravesadas por un modelo laboral masculino que vuelve a generar desigualdad entre los género en el ámbito laboral.
