Este trabalho procura destacar como a questão do desenvolvimento brasileiro, nos anos 1950 e 1960, foi capítulo fundamental dos “consensos e controvérsias” do Pensamento Social no Brasil. O objetivo principal consiste em analisar o modo particular de inserção da Sociologia Brasileira nos debates característicos do período desenvolvimentista.
