Sumario:This article brings a short analysis about the main changes in the framing as well the practices on the Venezuela’s foreign policy that was adopted by Chavez and his administration. So, the purpose of this text is to conceive the factors that led to this changes, in specially the active and personal Chavez’s involvement at that state policy. In this context, the analysis also focus the traditional identities in the realm of foreign policy and the Venezuelan’s international project, as well it’s changes of perspective, with Chavez.
