Cumple resaltar que los aspectos legales de ese neo proyecto pedagógico, así como su caracterización metodolófica y basada en contenidos, también refleja sobre sus posibilidades prácticas, y destaca proyectos ya realizadas en escuelas del país. O texto aborda os aspectos da educação musical no Brasil atualmente, após a sua inserção nos currículos escolares em 2008 alterando a LDB.
