Este artigo propõe-se a analisar o atendimento à demanda e as condições de infraestrutura dos prédios de educação infantil da rede municipal de ensino do município de Matão (SP) e comparar com as propostas para esse nível de ensino, nesses aspectos (oferta, atendimento e infraestrutura) presentes no Plano Municipal de Educação de Matão (PME 2003-2013).
