Sumario: | This article discusses the impacts of public policies implemented in the state school system in São Paulo and, more especially, their repercussions on school routine and teaching activity. Among the different projects developed by the state government, we will highlight the Management in Focus Program / Results Improvement Method (RIM), carried out experimentally in 2016 and disseminated throughout the network the following year.Qualitative research followed the RIM process between 2016 and 2018 in five schools. In doing so, it sought to describe and explain the repercussions of these measures on the school’s daily life, as they affect both the teaching and the health of these professionals. |
