Este texto defende a hipótese de que o momento estratégico da luta de classes pelaconstrução de uma hegemonia alternativa à hegemonia burguesa seja aquele da criação deaparelhos hegemônicos por fora das estruturas e instituições funcionais ao Estado capitalista.Para isso, é necessário considerar o potencial de expansão das práticas políticas das classestrabalhadoras para além dos limites da institucionalidade burguesa.
